Shipping Policy

Shipping methods & carriers

We ship all orders via Kerry Express, Flash Express, or Thailand Post — the carrier is selected based on your location and parcel size. A tracking number is provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping fees

A flat shipping fee of ฿50 applies to all domestic orders. Orders totalling ฿3,000 or more qualify for free shipping. International shipping is available to selected countries. Please inquire via Instagram direct message @anotherbougieday.

Expected delivery timeframe

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched:

Bangkok and Greater Bangkok: 1–2 business days
Provincial areas: 2–5 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Thailand.

Delayed delivery

While we make every effort to dispatch promptly, delivery timelines are subject to the courier's operations. Another Bougie Day is not liable for delays caused by the courier, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage pieces, we do not accept order cancellations once payment has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully — including measurements and condition notes — before completing your purchase.

If you believe you ordered in error before dispatch has occurred, please contact us immediately via Instagram @anotherbougieday. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is placed.

Returns & Refunds Policy

General policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on vintage items, as each piece is sold as described. All condition notes, measurements, and photographs are provided in the product listing so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

Exceptions — undisclosed defects

If you receive an item with a significant defect that was not disclosed in the product listing, you may be eligible for a refund. To initiate a claim:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide clear photographs of the defect.
Do not wear, wash, or alter the item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging.

Privacy Policy

Another Bougie Day (operating as @anotherbougieday) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

1. Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Payment information is processed securely by Shopify — we do not store, see, or have access to your card details.

When you visit our website, anonymised browsing data (pages viewed, session duration) may be collected through Vercel Analytics to help us improve your experience.

2. How we use your information

To process and fulfil your orders
To send order confirmations and shipping updates
To respond to enquiries and support requests
To comply with legal and tax obligations

3. Data sharing

We share your personal data only with:

Shopify — for payment processing and order management
Courier partners (Kerry Express, Flash Express, Thailand Post) — your name and delivery address only
Vercel Analytics — anonymised, aggregated website usage data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and comply with legal and accounting obligations — typically no longer than 3 years after your last transaction.

5. Your rights under the PDPA

As a data subject under Thailand's PDPA, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
Object to or restrict processing of your data
Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is consent-based)
